Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Nortier Strategy (trading name of Zoom Finance, SAS) and its clients, for wealth structuring advisory and capital advisory services.

Any engagement implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Services offered

Nortier Strategy offers the following services:

• Architect Program — Complete wealth diagnostic and bespoke wealth architecture design across 4 sessions over 30 days.
• Flash Audit — Single diagnostic session to identify priority optimization levers.
• Ongoing Advisory — Quarterly support for monitoring and optimizing the wealth architecture.

3. Pricing and payment

Fees are provided upon request. Nortier Strategy is compensated exclusively through advisory fees. No commissions or kickbacks are received.

Deposit: 50% upon quote acceptance. Balance due upon delivery.

Payment terms: 30 days from invoice date.

4. Best efforts obligation

Nortier Strategy commits to providing its services with diligence and professionalism, on a best-efforts basis. Recommendations do not guarantee any specific financial outcome.

5. Confidentiality

Nortier Strategy commits to treating all information shared by the client as strictly confidential. This obligation extends beyond the end of the contractual relationship.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumer clients have 14 days from the date of quote acceptance to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification, as per French consumer law.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. The courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
